Garret is able to communicate technical information in a way that is easily understood by the customer and works closely with them to identify their specific needs and requirements for each project.

Jessica

In 2022, Jessica took over the role of Director at Furlong Industrial. We have a rich history and legacy of excellence, and Jessica is proud to continue that tradition.

She is committed to building on the foundation laid by her father and taking the company to new heights. Jessica is honored to have the opportunity to lead such a talented team of professionals and is dedicated to ensuring that Furlong Industrial continues to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers.

Katelynne

Katelynne has taken on the crucial roles of parts coordinator and inside sales within Furlong Industrial. We take pride in our commitment to quality, and Katelynne works tirelessly to ensure that we only stock high-quality parts from reputable manufacturers. Whether you need standard parts, specialized components, or hard-to-find items, Katelynne will make you glad you called Furlong Industrial.

Kristy

Kristy brings a wealth of experience and a unique ability to understand and anticipate people's needs. As our Vice President, she fosters strong relationships and ensures our strategies align with client and team expectations.
Additionally, as the Service Manager for our Service Division, Kristy ensures smooth operations and high-quality service delivery. Her dedication and proactive approach make her an invaluable asset to our team.

Kyle

Kyle is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Marquette University with several years of experience in problem-solving in manufacturing. Kyle has a penchant for mechanical systems, fine details, and rapid problem-solving. A liaison between our customers and our product development team, Kyle strives to provide effective communication and an excellent customer experience.

Lorenzo

Lorenzo graduated from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He works closely with customers to understand their application needs, develop customized solutions, and support projects from concept through completion. Combining his technical knowledge with a customer-focused approach, Lorenzo helps engineers, contractors, and facility managers select equipment that meets their performance, efficiency, and budget goals. He is committed to building strong relationships, providing responsive support, and ensuring every customer has the resources they need for a successful project.

Marcy

Marcy is Furlong Industrial Systems' Operations Manager, helping oversee the daily operations of our service team and keeping everything running smoothly. She holds a degree in Business Management and is known for her organization, reliability, and positive attitude. Her dog, Bo, is her daily office companion and a beloved member of the Furlong team.

Nolan

Nolan holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee and leads Furlong Industrial Systems' High-K Division. He provides valuable technical support and resources to help customers optimize the performance, reliability, and efficiency of their High-K heat exchanger systems. From system design and troubleshooting to maintenance best practices and the latest heat exchanger technology, Nolan is dedicated to helping customers minimize downtime and maximize performance.

Olivia

Olivia is Inside Sales Representative at Furlong Industrial Systems, supporting the sales engineering team by keeping projects organized, facilitating clear communication, and helping drive projects from quotation through completion. Known for her strong organizational skills, attention to detail, reliability, and adaptability, Olivia effectively manages multiple priorities while building positive relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates. Outside of work, she is a dedicated wife to a Marine Corps veteran and Waukesha firefighter, and a proud mother of two, Kiya and Granger.

Sam

Sam joined Furlong in 2017, and served as interim President and CEO until Jessica assumed the permanent role. Sam has an exceptional ability to identify new opportunities to provide HVAC services to commercial and industrial customers, build relationships with key decision-makers, and develop tailored solutions to meet customer’s specific needs.

Sam has found his passion in being the head of sales and business development. He empowers people with his excitement to build relationships with customers and those he works alongside.
